NRI was established in October 1997 to contribute to the world's environment and the advancement of
advanced science in the field of eco-friendly specialty materials. It was established to secure basic, source, and commercialization technologies.
We are currently conducting research focused on advanced nano-composite materials, nano-porous substances, and eco-friendly high-performance polymers and paints (coatings).
Through these efforts, we are actively promoting programs that provide developed materials and
commercialization technologies to domestic and international companies and public institutions.
With continuous dedication, we aim to grow into a small but strong global research institute in the field of materials science.
